After purchasing the package you will receive an email with a link to download PDF instructions on how to proceed. In the PDF there are forms / Links to forms you need to fill out with information we need to complete your custom diet and training program.

Each month you will send a progress report with pictures in your underwear. Taken from front, back and side, same time of day, same light, and same positions. Also you will send you weight, and  circumference measurements for: Shoulders, chest, waist, biceps, thighs, calves.
